My ongoing exercise classes open to the public:
I teach a gentle chair, standing and mat YOGA class at the Homewood Senior Center on Wednesdays at 1:15 p.m. Classes are free for members and $5 for nonmembers. Membership is $25 per year for Homewood residents 55 and older and $50 a year for nonresidents 55 and older.
I teach TAI CHI at the Hoover Senior Center on Wednesdays at 3 p.m. Classes are free for members. Membership is $10 per year for Hoover residents 55 and older and $25 a year for nonresidents 55 and older.
I teach TAI CHI at the Vestavia Hills Library in the Forest the second and fourth Mondays at 6 p.m. and the second and fourth Thursdays at 2 p.m. Classes are for adults and are free.
I am also available to teach various group exercise classes tailored to in-home, corporate, community, or church settings. Examples of classes I am certified, licensed or otherwise qualified to teach are Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Aerobic Dance, Cardio/Strength/Stretch, Water Aerobics/Strength/Stretch and Stay Active and Independent for Life.
