Personal training can help you, or you and a friend or two, reach functional fitness goals faster and more systematically through modes including strength training, yoga, tai chi and aerobics. Having your own coach keeps you motivated and enables you to get a clear idea of what types of exercises you specifically need to do to tone up, build your strength, improve your joints' range of motion, develop better balance, and correct your posture. Personal training can also help you maintain a healthy weight more effectively.

I train women in their home or business with their equipment and/or equipment I bring.
My rates for training individuals range from $45 to $55 per hour depending upon the location and package. Lower per-person rates are available for buddy and small group training.
