Personal training can help you reach your functional fitness goals faster and more systematically. Having your own coach keeps you motivated and enables you to get a clear idea of what types of exercises you specifically need to do to tone up, build your strength, improve your joints' range of motion, develop better balance, and correct your posture. Personal training can also help you lose weight and maintain a healthy weight more effectively.

If you don't like a gym environment or don't have time to get away from home or work, no problem. I can train you in your home or business with your equipment and/or equipment I bring. If you prefer aqua exercise and have a swimming pool, I can train you in your pool. I also am affiliated with Dawson Memorial Family Recreation Center as well as the Homewood Senior Center and can train members at those locations.

My rates for training individuals range from $35 to $50 per hour depending upon the location and package. Lower per-person rates are available for buddy and small group training.
